2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device data: Hardware identifiers, operating system, hostname, and network information reported by enrolled NovaEdge Devices.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and interaction logs within the portal.
• Log data: IP addresses, browser type, referring URLs, and error logs collected by our servers.
• Traffic data: Aggregate bandwidth usage associated with your published applications (volume only; we do not inspect content).

2.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use essential session cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; however, this may affect the functionality of the Service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process subscription payments and issue invoices.

5. Your Application Data

Applications you deploy through GateBeacon run on your own hardware. Your application data (files, databases, photos, documents) is stored on your device and is not accessible to Cezen Technologies. GateBeacon only routes encrypted network traffic between your device and the internet; it does not inspect, store, or process the content of that traffic.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), hashed password storage, and access controls on our systems.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we may retain certain records for up to 90 days for audit and compliance purposes, after which they are permanently deleted. Payment records may be retained for longer periods as required by Indian accounting and tax laws.
